'Gladys Phipps Miller Goodpaster, age 89 was born February 25, 1927 the daughter of the late John and Cloda Hill Phipps. She departed this life, Tuesday at the Cookeville Regional Hospital in Cookeville Tennessee.

She is survived by her son: Steve Miller; grandchildren: Michelle and her husband Allen Denny, Stephanie Miller and Derek and is wife Elizabeth Miller.

Also surviving is her brother: Richard Phipps and great grandchildren: Connor, Bree, Grayson, Teagan, Blakelee and Colson.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Omer Goodpaster and her brother, Garland Phipps.

Gladys had accepted Christ as her Savior and was a member of the Mt. Zion Baptist Church at the time of her passing.
