Harley, better known as "Kay" Richardson of Monticello, Kentucky was born May 3 ^rd , 1931, and departed this life Wednesday, January 25th,2023 reaching the age of 91 years. He was the son of the late Jessie and Bertha Koontz Richardson and the husband of the late June Young Richardson.

He is survived by one daughter; Sharon (Ronald) Payne, one sister; Gloria Jean Richardson, one brother; Tommy Richardson, four grandchildren; Micah Steven Richardson, Jason Scott Richardson, MaKay Dickerson, and Elliott Dickerson, and five great grandchildren; Taft Adam Dickerson, Clarke Turner Dickerson, Cora Bernice Dickerson, June Margaret Dickerson, and Ruby Elorise Dickerson.

Along with his wife June, he was preceded in death by one son; Michael Kay Richardson, and one sister; Wanda Bernice Jones.

Kay had accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior many years ago and was a member of the First Baptist Church in Monticello, Kentucky.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, January 28 ^th from 10AM until 11:30AM in the Hickey Funeral Home Chapel with funeral services to follow at 11:30AM. Burial will be in the Elk Spring Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to the Gideon Bible Memorial Plan.
