Hazel Vivian Coffey, of Monticello, Kentucky was born September 9, 1937 and departed this life Saturday, October 21st, 2023 reaching the age of 86 years. She was the widow of the late Robert Coffey and daughter of the late George and Ethel Gregory Bell Pitman.

She is survived by three daughters; Shirley Alley, Caroline (Steve) Childs, Patricia (Chris) Mann, two sons; Danny (Faye) Coffey, Robert Coffey, two sisters; Katie Bell Coffey, Bertie Turpin, thirteen grandchildren, twenty-two great grandchildren, and eight great-great grandchildren.

Along with her husband she was preceded in death two brothers; William Pitman and Jimmy Pitman.

Hazel was of the Jehovah's Witness faith.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, October 25th from 11AM until 1PM in the funeral home chapel with funeral services to follow at 1PM. Burial will be in the Perk Bell Cemetery.
