Obituary
'Hazel Mae Cowan, age 53 was born December 28th, 1957 the daughter of the late George Cowan and Nina Sloan Cowan who survives. She passed away Sunday evening, December 4th at the Baptist Regional Hospital in Corbin, Kentucky after an extended illness.
Hazel is survived by her daughter: Crystal Berry; her mother: Nina Cowan and siblings: Mildred Coffey; Frances Allen; Alice Perkins; George Cowan Jr.; Phyllis Cowan; Mitchell Cowan and Ada Waddle.
She is preceded in death by her father and an infant sister: Evana Jo Cowan.
She was a teachers aid with the Wayne County Board of Education and a member of the Mt. Zion AME Church.

Thursday from 6 to 9
Funeral:
Friday at 1PM in the Funeral Home
