Hazel Sullivan was born January 9, 1952 and departed this life Friday, December 25, 2020 reaching the age of 68 years. She was the daughter of the late Alfred and Ettie (Shelton) Foster.

She is survived by: 2 daughters, Patricia Carrender and Debbie Gregory; 1 son, Jamie (Jackie) Gregory; 1 sister, Verna Lee Vaughn; 2 brothers, Charlie and Eddison Foster; 5 grandchildren, Tiffany Poore, Rachelle Poore, Gary Hicks, Jr., Nickolas Gregory and Garett Hancock; and 6 great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by: 2 sisters, Lexie Bell and Sarah King; 3 brothers, Junior, Jimbo and Lester Foster; and 1 granddaughter, Renea Sue Hicks.

The family will receive friends on, Wednesday, December 30, 2020 from 4pm until 8pm in the chapel of the funeral home. Funeral services will be held Thursday, December 31, 2020 at 1 pm at the Hickey Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Piney Woods Cemetery.

Due to the current COVID-19 situation and upon recommendations from the Governor's Office for Funeral Homes, there will be some restrictions for service attendance. You are asked to please wear a mask or facial covering and observe the social distancing guidelines. No communal food or drinks are allowed at this time.
