Helen "Deanie" Shelton age 77 of Monticello, Ky departed this life Sunday, February 21st, 2021 at the Jean Waddle Hospice Unit of the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.

She was born April 14th, 1943 in Rocky Branch Ky, the daughter of the late Flech and Rosa Gregory and the adoptive daughter of the late Ed and Loanie Bell.

She is survived by three sisters: Cathleen Gregory, Rina Kay (Robert) Bell, and Dorothy (the late Junior) Foster and one brother: Robert (Debra) Tucker.

She is preceded in death by two brothers; Jim Gregory and Kenneth Bailey.

Helen had lived in Monticello all of her life and was a resident of the Hicks Golden Years Nursing Home. She was also a member of the Mt. Carmel Baptist Church.

Private family visitation services will be held Wednesday, February 24th from 10:00 Am to 12:00 Pm with a private family funeral service following at 12:00 Pm at the Hickey Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Grant Roberts Cemetery.
