Obituary
'Ina Bertram Sloan, age 96 was born November 20, 1911 in Clinton County, the daughter of the late Oakley and Laura Cash Bertram. She departed this life, Monday morning, June 2nd at the Wayne County Hospital.
She is survived by her daughter, Anita Hopper of Monticello and her son, Keith Sloan of Somerset. Her son, Gerald precedes her in death.
Also surviving are eight grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and seven great-great grandchildren.
As a young lady Mrs. Sloan accepted Christ as her savior and became a member of the Cooper Baptist Church and had been a faithful member of the Monticello First Baptist Church since 1958.
