Obituary
'Irene Hicks Coffey, age 85 was born October 5th, 1923 the daughter of the late Burton and Ala McCutchin Hicks. She passed away Monday morning, October 6th at the Britthaven Nursing Home in Somerset after an extended illness.
She was united in marriage with George Columbus Coffey who precedes her in death.
Surviving are two children, Beverly Whitaker of London, Kentucky and Gale Coffey of Minden, Nevada. Her daughter Regina precedes her in death.
Also surviving is a grandson, Sean Coffey; Four sisters, Mabel Hicks, Lucille Carrender, Lillian Teater and Janet Lair and her brother, Hobert Hicks.
Mrs. Coffey had accepted Christ as her Savior and was a member of the Harvest Time Tabernacle at the time of her passing.
Visitation:
Tuesday, Oct. 7th from 5 to 8 PM
Funeral:
Wednesday at 1 PM in the Funeral Home Chapel
Interment:
Taylor\u0026#39;s Grove Cemetery',
