Obituary
'Irene Crabtree Denney was born October 2, 1932 the daughter of the late Amp and Arco Garrett Crabtree. She departed this life Thursday morning, September 26th at the home of her daughter.
She was united in marriage with Shirley Harrison Ledbetter who passed away many years ago. To this union one daughter survive Shirley and her husband Bro. Dewey Burks. She later united in marriage with Lloyd Denney who passed away in 1996. To this union one daughter survives: Sylvia and her husband Gerald Barnes.
Surviving are six grandchildren: Angela Coffey, Shannon Carron, Tony, Tim, Joseph and Jordan Burks; nine great grandchildren, five step great grandchildren and several great great grandchildren.
Mrs. Denney had accepted Christ as her Savior as a young lady at the Eller Chapel United Methodist Church, later she united with the Little Community Baptist Church and attended the Fall Creek Baptist Church the last several years of her life.
