Obituary
'Rondal Gregory, age 78 was born in the Rocky Branch community of Wayne County, October 8th, 1929. He departed this life, Monday evening, April 28th, at his home after an extended illness.
On December 23, 1950 he united in marriage with Bety Jean Anderson Gregory who survives. To this union two children survive; Regina and her husband Obie Bates and Don and his wife Carolyn Gregory.
Also surviving are four grandchildren; Mitchell, Daniel, Casey and Brett; two brothers, Ruell and Joe Ellis Gregory with many nieces, nephews other relative and friends to mourn his passing.
He is preceded in death by his sisters, Janice Davenport, Sue Swail and an infant, Mary Landis Gregory.
Rondal had accepted Christ as his Savior and was a member of the Canada-s Creek Baptist Church.
The funeral service was held Friday morning at the Canada-s Creek Baptist Church with Bro Bobby Morrow and Bro. Larry Foster officiating. Burial was in the Elk Spring Cemetery.
