'James Herbert Gregory was born September 25, 1936 the son of the late Earl and Vena Bell Gregory. He departed this life Tuesday evening, September 4, 2018 at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.
He is survived by his wife Barbara Roberts Gregory; three children Joe Anthony (Rita) Gregory, James Stephen Gregory and Tammy Sue (Jerry Dick) Johnson; siblings: Dean Kinnett, Faye Foster, Linda Foister, Dester, Freddie and Jimmy Gregory. His brother: Carter Gregory precedes him in death.
Also surviving are three grandchildren: Bliss Rochelle (Daniel) Cece, Lyndsey Jean Johnson and Ashlee Taylor Johnson and one great grandchild, Kyndal Paige Puckett.
The funeral service will be held at 1PM Saturday in the Funeral Home Chapel with burial following in the Bronston Baptist Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11 to 1 Saturday.
