'James Dallas Koger, age 71 was born February 17, 1941 the son of the late James Austin and Betty Lou Walcott Koger. He departed this life Saturday morning, September 15th in Somerset, after an extended illness.

On July 31, 1960 he united in marriage with Genive Maggie Parmley Koger who survives. To this union one son survives: Samuel James and his wife Paula Koger.

Also surviving is a granddaughter: Tara R. Koger and her husband Chuck Williamson of Columbus, Ohio; Two sisters: Beverly Hicks of Somerset and Barbara Turpin of Monticello.

His grandson: Reuben Koger precedes him in death.

Dallas was retired from Belden Wire and Cable Company and was a member of the Parmley-s Grove Baptist Church.

Visitation:
Monday from 5 to 9 and Tuesday until service time

11AM Tuesday in the Funeral Home Chapel
