Obituary
'Jeffrey Claude Foster, 47 was born March 8, 1965 the son of the late Robert Eugene Foster and Phyllis Phillips Foster Martin and her husband Luid Martin. He passed away Monday morning, December 24th at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset.
On August 28, 1983 he united in marriage with JoAnn LeMaster Foster. To this union twin children survive: James Kenney Foster and Jerri Jovan Fogle and two grandchildren: Bailey and Remani.
Also surviving is his sister: Vicki Foster and brothers: Larry; Tim and Mike Foster and Richard Martin.
Jeffrey had accepted Christ as his savior as a young man and was a member of the Freedom Baptist Church.
