'Jessie McGinnis is the widow of Marie Dishman McGinnis, his wife of 43 years.
Surviving is his daughter, Regina Parmley; two grandchildren, Jeannie Telene Hancock and Joshua Aaron Parmley and a great grandchild, Walker Hancock; His sister, Linda Jane Smith and brothers, Shell and Shelby McGinnis.
Visitation:
Tuesday evening after 4PM and Wednesday until service time
Funeral:
10AM Wednesday in the Funeral Home Chapel
Interment:
Elk Spring Cemetery',
