­­­­­­­­Joel Bell was born May 9, 1945, in Monticello, KY, and departed this walk of life Saturday, October 18, 2025, reaching the age of 80 years. He was the son of the late Stanley Bell and Emma Rednour.

He is survived by his children: Fred Bell Jr. (Melissa Adams), Eddie Bell (Jamie) and Kathy Ford (David); Grandchildren: Andrew Ford, Ethan Ford, Kaitlyn Bell, Kelsey Bell, Jaycee Bell, Travis Bell and Juliet McFarland; Great-Grandchildren: Annabella Bell, Asa Bell and Carter Daulton; Sisters: Betty Burnett, Bonnie Crabtree and Mary Phillips. Along with a host of family and friends that mourn his passing

In addition to his parents Stanley and Emma Bell; he was preceded in death by his wife: Charlene Hicks Bell and one grandchild, Madelyn Grace.

He was a loving Father, Grandfather, brother and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

The family will receive friends on Friday, October 24, 2025, from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM in the chapel of the funeral home.  Funeral services will be held Friday, October 24, 2025, at 1:00 PM at the Hickey Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the New Sandusky Cemetery.
