Obituary
'John Little Jr. was born in the Melvin community of Floyd County, November 8th, 1931 the son of the late John E. and Bessie Johnson Little. He departed this life September 7th at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital reaching an age of 87 years.
In 1956 he united in marriage with Sandra Sue Schiraldo Little who passed away December 18th, 2015. To this union two sons survive: John William and his wife Sonya Little and Joseph C. and wife Tabatha Little.
Also surviving are two older children: Cathy Hicks and John W. Little; grandchildren: Dustin and wife Sarah Little, Erin Kimberly Little and husband Maxwell Hill, Kirsti Little, Austin Little, Kristen Little, Kelli Little and great grandchildren: Jett and Noah Little.
Surviving siblings are: Margaret Gibson, Bobby Little England, Susie McCoy and Betty Lou Mullins.
John served his country with honor in the Army during the Korean War and was a retired Bosun in the Merchant Marines.',
