'Joyce Ethel Dobbs Kennedy, age 60 was born in Somerset, Kentucky October 25th, 1949 the daughter of the late Ralph and Elsie Steele Dobbs. She departed this life, Saturday, April 24th at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Joe Kennedy Jr who passed away, December 3rd, 2005.

Surviving is her daughter, Debbie Baker of Monticello, with many other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.Joyce was preceded in death by her infant siblings, Curtis Eugene and Elizabeth Elaine Dobbs.

As a young lady, Joyce accepted Christ as her Savior and united with the Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church and was a member of the Little Community Baptist Church at the time of her passing.
