Obituary
'Twyla June Corder Guffey, age 73 was born July 3, 1940 the daughter of the late James Milton and Dina Walker Corder. She passed away Saturday, May 24, 2014 at the Jean Waddle Hospice Care Center in Somerset.
She is survived by her children: Twyla Guffey, Wanda Guffey and Jim and his wife Dwana Guffey. Also surviving are her grandchildren: Shawna (Chris) Measel, Charlotte Coffey, Beth Guffey, Tyler Guffey, Dylan Guffey; great grandchildren: Matthew, Nathan, Aaron, Andrew and Alex; and her only surviving sibling: Nancy Higginbotham.
She is preceded in death by her siblings: Helen Ramsey, Mary Ruth Simpson, Randal and Ray Corder.
As a young lady she accepted Christ as her Savior and became a member of the Oak Grove Baptist Church and later moved her membership to the Mt. Zion Baptist Church where she was a member until her passing.
