'Kash Back was born in Breathitt County, Kentucky, January 31st, 1928 the son of the late Dennie and Lena Fugate Back. He departed this life, Thursday, June 2nd, 2016 at the Somerwoods Nursing and Rehab reaching an age of 88 years.

On November 18th, 1952 he united in marriage with Ruby C. Allen Back, who survives. To this 66-year union survives two sons: Ray Back of Ormond Beach, Florida and Dennis Back of Cincinnati, Ohio and his step-son: Bill Rowe of Wilmington, North Carolina. He is preceded in death by his daughter: Barbara Back.

Also surviving are seven grandchildren, two step grandchild and 10 great grandchildren.

Kash was the last surviving member of the seven children of the Dennie and Lena Back family.

He was a retired pipefitter with the University of Cincinnati and attended the Green Hill Baptist Church.
