Kenneth Ray Hardwick was born March 6, 1946 and departed this life Thursday, November 12, 2020 reaching the age of 74 years. He was the son of (the late) Charles and Audrey (Dobbs) Hardwick.

He married Bonnie West and to this union 2 children were born.

He is survived by: his wife, Bonnie Hardwick; 1 daughter, Jill Annette (Raymond) Johnson; 1 son, John David (Michelle) Hardwick; 1 sister, Betty Watkins Massengale; 3 grandchildren, Katelyn & Joseph Hardwick and Tyler Johnson; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.

He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, relative and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, November 15, 2020 between 5 pm – 8 pm in the chapel of the funeral home. Funeral services will be held Monday, November 16, 2020 at 1 pm at the Hickey Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Elk Spring Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to: Gideon Living Memorial Bible Plan.

Due to the current COVID-19 situation and upon recommendations from the Governor's Office for Funeral Homes, there will be some restrictions for service attendance.
