Kenzella Elizabeth Bell was born July 9, 1947 and departed this life Saturday, January 2, 2021 reaching the age of 73 years. She was the daughter of (the late) Gaffie and Lula (Dobbs) Gregory.

She married Norman Dale Bell and to this union 2 children were born.

She is survived by: 1 daughter, Norma (Paul) Decker; 3 grandchildren, Cortney (Alan Berry) Decker, Taylor (Elijah) Catron and Chelsea (Wesley) Morrow; 1 great grandchild, Hunter Morrow; 3 sisters, Barbara (Jerry) Dobbs, Judy Stinson and Deborah (Roy) Bell; 1 brother, Freddie (Vickie) Gregory; along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by: her husband, Norman Dale Bell; her daughter, Kitty Faye Russell (along with her unborn child); son-in-law, Damon Russell; grandson, Jacob Russell; sister, Patricia Weston; and brother, Danny Bruce Gregory.

Kenzella lived in the Coopersville Community. She had accepted Christ as her Savior and was a long-time member of the Mountain View Baptist Church in McCreary County.

She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, relative and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew her.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, January 5, 2021 between 5 pm - 8 pm in the chapel of the funeral home.  Funeral services will be held Wednesday, January 6, 2021 at 11 am at the Hickey Funeral Home Chapel.  Burial will be in the Ervin Jones Cemetery in McCreary County.

Due to the current COVID-19 situation and upon recommendations from the Governor's Office for Funeral Homes, there will be some restrictions for service attendance.  You are asked to please wear a mask or facial covering and observe the social distancing guidelines.  No communal food or drinks are allowed at this time.  Please feel free to sign the online guestbook or send a private condolence message through out website.
