Larry Allen Vaughn was born June 15, 1955, and went into eternal rest July 21, 2023, reaching the age of 68 years.  He was the son of the late Ambrose and Cora (Gregory) Vaughn.

Three children survive him; Cheryl "Annie" (Scottie) Dishman, Andric (Jessica) Ingram, and Scott (Monica) Spradlin; seven grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by, his wife, Alma Sue Vaughn; 2 children, Shawn Allen Vaughn who died in infancy, and Robert Spradlin; 10 brothers, Othel, Edmond, Dillard, Milton, Millard, Robert, Denver, Ray Joe, James, and David Vaughn.

Larry had accepted Christ as his Savior many years ago and was a member of Mt. Carmel Baptist Church.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, July 26, 2023, from 11 AM until 12 PM at the Spradlin Cemetery. Graveside service will be held on Wednesday, July 26, 2023, at 12 PM at the Spradlin Cemetery with burial to follow.
