Obituary
'Laura lee Foster Phipps, age 64 was born in Wayne County, February 1, 1943 the daughter of the late Clay and Derlie Meredith Foster. She passed away Monday morning, December 3rd at the home of her daughter on Foster Mountain Road.
She is survived by her children; Linda Sue Bell and Eldern Clay Phipps both of Wayne County; step children Debra Jane Crouch and Russell Phipps both of Lexington.
Also surviving are eight grandchildren; one sister Lorene Foster: seven brothers, George Foster, Billy, Sammy, Porter, Ronnie, David and Jethro Shelton a step sister, Maggie Meredith and step brother, Charlie Fred Shelton.
Mrs. Phipps attended the Elk Spring Valley Baptist Church.

1PM Thursday in the Funeral Home Chapel
