Obituary
'Lawrence Haynes, was born in McCreary County, December 18, 1939 the son of the late Albert L. and Cora Tucker Haynes. He departed this life, Friday, July 1, 2016 reaching an age of 76 years.
On October 3, 1959 he united in marriage with Glenna Faye Koger Haynes who passed away December 4, 2015. To this 56-year union one son was born: Kenneth Wayne Haynes who passed away October 17, 1998.
Surviving is his daughter-in-law; Lorene Haynes and grandchildren: Alyssa Faith and her husband Jason Stump and Aaron Christian Haynes; a great grandchild Owen Stump and two sisters: Adell Gregory and Millie Harmon.
He is also preceded in death by his siblings: Magolia Hines, Juanita Raynor, Mayolia Tucker, Lucy Sosh, Nathan and Parker Haynes.
Lawrence had accepted Christ as his Savior and surrendered to the call of Pastor and was serving his Lord as Pastor of the Bethel Baptist Church at the time of his passing.
