Obituary
'Mr. Lewis D. Tate is the widower of Helen Ramsey Tate and the father of Carol A. Tate of Nashville, TN and Barton L. Tate of Birmingham, AL.
Also surviving are four grandchildren; Ramsey Carol Tate, Lt. Barton Lewis Tate II, John Tate Spragens and Liz Spragens and his sister-in-law, Evelyn Richardson.
Visitation:
Sunday from 5 to 9 at the Funeral Home, Monday from 8 to 11 at he Church
Funeral:
11AM Monday at the Monticello United Methodist Church
Interment:
Elk Spring Cemetery',
