'Linda Young Roberts, age 63 was born March 21, 1951 the daughter of the late Denver and Sarah Lee Young. She departed this life Tuesday, May 13th at the Jean Waddle Hospice Care Unit.

On August 5, 1967 she united in marriage with Clayton Roberts who survives. To this two children survive: Melinda and her husband Jeff Dishman and Clayton Junior and his wife Chris Roberts.

Also surviving are her grandchildren: Joshua Adam, Jonathan Seth and Makayla Beth Roberts; Mindy Brooke Guffey and Joseph Tyler Dishman; great grandchildren: Kyler James and Zechariah Clay Guffey and Aiden Riley Dishman; and siblings: Melinda Dishman and Clayton Roberts JR; siblings: Carol Tucker, Vernis Thompson, Nannie Souders, Anna New, Clyde, Homer and Kelly Young.

Linda is preceded in death by her grandson: Jacob Lance Roberts.

She worked many years in the Textile Industry in the local area. She had accepted Christ as her Savior and was a member of the New Hope Baptist Church.
