'Logan William Howard, age 78 was born January 26th, 1933 the son of the late Elisha and Fannie Rednour Howard. He departed this life Tuesday evening at the Wayne County Hospital after an extended illness.

On December 23, 1954 he united in marriage with his surviving spouse of 56 years, Mae Tucker Howard. To this union one daughter survived: Sherlene and her husband Robin Wilcher of Standford, Kentucky. His son: William Clinton Howard passed away July 3, 1980.

Also surviving are three grandchildren: William Kent; Michael DeWayne and Laura Ashley Wilcher; two great grandchildren: Jacob Kent and Sarah Madison Wilcher; siblings; George and Pete Grayer with many nieces, nephews, other relative and friends to mourn his passing.

He is preceded in death by his siblings: Bertha Alice Oberman and Robert Eugene Rednour.

Logan served his country with honor in the Army and served his Lord as a member of the New Charity Baptist Church.
