Obituary
'Lola Mae Chriswell Abbott age 97 was born in Wayne County, February 12, 1915 the daughter of the late John D. and Lela Simpson Chriswell. She departed this life, Saturday morning, March 17th at the Golden Years Nursing Home.
She was united in marriage with Charlie Jones who passed away in 1955 and James -Jim- Abbott who passed away in 1976.
She was the last survivor of the John and Lela Chriswell Family. She is preceded in death by her siblings: Lizzie Simpson; Montie Upchurch; Lona Crabtree: Sidney Edwards; Goldman and Jason Chriswell.
She is survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Lola accepted Christ as her Savior and was a faithful member of the Ellers Chapel United Methodist Church as long as her health permitted.
She was loved very much and a special lady to all her family.

11AM Tuesday in the Funeral Home Chapel
