'Loucille Vaughn Abbott was born February 27, 1935, the daughter of the late Johnny and Finas Vaughn. She departed this life Monday October 15, 2018 at her home surrounded by family reaching an age of eighty-three years.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 55 years Delbert Milford Abbott. Surviving is her children; Lois Abbott, Joyce and Ernie Jones, Tom and Carolyn Abbott, Wanda and Ken Vaughn, Dora and Denzel Jones, Noreena and Gary Jones, and Joann Hines. Also surviving is her sister; Coreena Dobbs, 25 grandchildren, 55 great-grandchildren, 12 great great-grandchildren with another on the way.
Also preceding her in death is her sister, Novella Vaughn and grandchild, Carrie Abbott.
Loucille accepted Christ at a young age and was a member of the Mt. Carmel Baptist Church. She loved going to church and spending time with her family. She was a very loving mother, sister, and friend who always had a smile for everyone.',
