Louise Neeley was born June 21, 1954, and departed this walk of life Friday, December 26, 2025, reaching the age of 71 years. She was the daughter of the late Lester "Dutch" and Ida Mae (Nevels) Branscum.

She is survived by her daughter, Betty Bolin (husband, Ronnie) 2 brothers, Birdy Branscum and Newdeal Branscum; 1 sister, Audrey Branscum; 1 grandchild, Danielle Brumley; and 2 great-grandchildren, Kinsley and Logan Brumley; special niece and nephew, Samantha Vaughn, and Jamie Branscum; along with a host of family and friends that mourn her passing.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 3 brothers, Clarence, Latham, and Eugene Branscum; and 2 sisters, Juanita, and Waynetta Branscum.

She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, relative, and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew her.

The family will receive friends on Monday, December 29, 2025, from 6 PM – 8 PM in the chapel of the funeral home.  Funeral services will be held Tuesday, December 30, 2025, at 11 AM at the Hickey Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Isaac Tucker Cemetery.
