Obituary
'Martha Lewis was born February 7, 1923 the daughter of the late Homer and Eva Bell Alexander. She passed away Wednesday November 21, 2018 at her home, reaching an age of 95 years.
She was united in marriage with Montie Bridgeman and later to Clyde Lewis who precedes her in death. She had three children: Barbara Upchurch who survives; her son, Don Bridgeman who precedes her in death and daughter, Fay Wallen.
Also surviving are her grandchildren: Rusty and David Upchurch, Kenny and Marty Wallen, Rodney and Donna Bridgeman and Susan Evans; ten great grandchildren and several great-great grandchildren.
She is also preceded in death by her granddaughter, Skyla Wallen and brothers: Howard, Bill and Milton Alexander.
Martha was retired from the Lake Cumberland Boy's Camp. Martha became a member of the Monticello Nazarene Church May 6, 1962, making her the oldest living member.',
