Obituary
'Mary Mable Guffey, age 74 was born September 16, 1937 the daughter of the late James McKinley and Mary Melinda Anderson Gregory. She departed this life Tuesday, May 15, 2012 at the Wayne County Hospital.
On May 31, 1954 she united in marriage with William -Bill- Guffey who survives. To this union two daughters survive: Connie Brown and Terry Fox. Her son Ted Guffey precedes her in death.
Also surviving are three grandchildren by birth and four by love; her sister: Helen Story Bell and daughter-in-law: Geraldine Guffey.
Mable had accepted Christ as her Savior and was a member of the Green Hill Baptist Church and was attending the Cornerstone Baptist Church.
