Mary Ellen Martha Richardson

Mary Ellen Martha Richardson of Monticello, Kentucky was born March 29, 1940, and departed this life Sunday, November 6, 2022, reaching the age of 82 years. She was the daughter of the late Charles and Ruth May Cooper Baldwin.

She is survived two daughters; Robin McClellan and Lynn (Gordon Scott) Bell, both of Monticello, Ky, two sons; Wayne Wiedemann of Milton, FL and Paul Dieckman of Wartburg, Tn, one sister; Elizabeth Infante, and two brothers; Robert Baldwin and Charles Baldwin. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren: Bradley, Jason, Rayne, and Joshua Wiedemann, Ashley Eller, Alaina, Robert, Mike, and Carrie McClellan, Charlotte and Cosby Carroll, Chad and Courtney Roberts, Michael Paul Dieckman, and Riley Bell, along with numerous great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by one sister; Ruth Ann Worth and one brother; Fred Baldwin.

Mary Ellen lived an exceptional life, one that many could never fathom. She traveled, dabbled in many different job experiences, got knocked down, jumped back up, loved, and was loved more than words can describe. But the most important thing she ever did was to be a mom. She showed both her children and grandchildren that life takes hard work, some compassion, some strength, some moxy, but most importantly, unconditional love. She was tough when times required and vulnerable more that we cared for. She was very loved and will be forever missed.

In short Mary Ellen was "Mom". Nothing more and nothing less. An amazing lady who could never be replaced.

There will be no services for Mrs. Mary Ellen Martha Richardson at this time.
