Mary L. Williams was born March 4, 1938 and departed this life Tuesday, August 4, 2020 reaching the age of 82 years. She was the daughter of (the late) Wesley and Mamie (Crabtree) Troxell.

She married Delbert "Tommy" Williams and to this union 3 children were born.

She is survived by: her husband, Delbert Williams; 1 son, Howard Dwayne Jones; 1 daughter, Mamie Williams; 1 brother, Lorn Troxell; many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews; along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by: 1 daughter, Teresa Perry; 3 brothers, Cecil Troxell, Elvin Troxell and Arnold Troxell; and 4 sisters, Mazie Corselius, Lois Binford, Rosie Cross and Cortie Troxell.

She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, relative and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew her.

The family will receive friends on Monday, August 10, 2020 between 10 am – 11 am at the Hurt Cemetery.  Funeral services will be held Monday, August 10, 2020 at 11 am at the Hurt Cemetery with burial to follow.

In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to: Mary L. Williams Memorial Fund, c/o Hickey Funeral Home.
