Marylene Bridgeman was born September 1, 1941 and departed this life Tuesday, September 15, 2020 reaching the age of 79 years. She was the daughter of (the late) Otha Strunk and Grace Howard Coffey.

She married Clyde Bridgeman and to this union 1 child was born.

She is survived by: 1 daughter, Shyla Ann Bridgeman; 1 brother, Larry (Betty) Coffey; 1 Granddaughter, Laura Nicki (Jason) Prince; 2 great grandchildren, Austin (LaRay) Prince and Ethan Prince; along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by: her husband, Clyde Bridgeman; 3 brothers, Russell, Curtis and Morris Strunk; and 3 sisters, Mae Troxell, Nadine Troxell and Margie Strunk.

She was a member of the Elk Spring Valley Baptist Church.

She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, relative and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew her.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, September 17, 2020 between 9 am - 11 am in the chapel of the funeral home.  Funeral services will be held Thursday, September 17, 2020 at 11 am at the Hickey Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Elk Spring Cemetery.
