'Melinda Jill Richardson, age 41 was born June 30, 1972 the daughter of Lana Y. Parmley Branscum and David E. Richardson. She passed away April 4th at her home on Walnut Street.
She is survived by her step parents: William Bill Branscum and Mary Richardson; her life partner of Eddie Miranda; daughters: Letitia Parmley and Jayden Richardson; grandchildren: Jaylin and November Marquez; siblings: Anita Coffey, Robin Duncan, Crystal Branscum, Chris and James Branscum; grandparents: Thelma Parmley and the late Narvel Parmley, Rev. Virgil and Aunita Richardson.
