Melissa Earlene Brumley was born February 19, 1979 and departed this life Thursday, October 8, 2020 reaching the age of 41 years. She was the daughter of Billy Ray Vaughn and Vivian Sue Brown.

She is survived by: her husband, Henry Mack Brumley; 2 sons, Henry Ray Brumley(Krystal)  and Richard Lee Roysdon; 3 daughters, Rebecca Faye Brumley (Thomas), Felicia Ann  Brumley (Rodney) and Kimberly Lynn Brumley; 2 sisters, Betty Vaughn (William) and Nancy Vaughn (Michael) ; 2 sister-in-law, Cynthia Goatee and Judy Edwards; 6 grandchildren, Isaac Molnar, Misty Molnar, Hunter Ferrell, Harmony Rain Ferrell, Andy Dobbs and Gracie May Dobbs; 2 nieces, Abigail Dugger and Gracie Catron, 1 nephew, Willie Dugger, Jr.; best friend of 33 years, Tina Prater, along with several other nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

She was preceded in death by: 1 daughter, Crystal Gale Brumley; 1 brother, Jimmy Ray Vaughn, her grandmother, Lucille Brown; 1 brother-in-law, Michael Brumley; and 2 sister-in-laws, Nancy Davis and Winnie Meredith.

Melissa had accepted Christ as her Savior many years ago and was a member of the New Covenant Fellowship Church.

She was a loving daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, sister, relative and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew her.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, October 11, 2020 from 10 am until 1 pm in the chapel of the funeral home. Funeral services will be held Sunday, October 11, 2020 at 1 pm at the Hickey Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Bud Gregory Cemetery.
