Obituary
'Melissa Jill Dobbs, age 42, was born in Wayne County November 9th, 1967 the daughter of Betty Lou and the late Kermit H. Bell. She departed this life suddenly Saturday evening, July 17th at the University of Kentucky Hospital in Lexington.
She is survived by her mother Betty Lou, her daughter Hailey Eden Arrott, her sister Ginger Clark and her fianc- Allen Evans.
Jill will be sadly missed by her family and all of her friends.
Visitation:
11 AM to 2 PM Thursday in the Funeral Home Chapel
Funeral:
2 PM Thursday at the Funeral Home
Interment:
