'Milton Dick was born October 31st 1935, in Delta, Kentucky, the son of the late Edna Dick. He departed this life peacefully surrounded by family at the age of 83 on September 22nd 2019, in Bellingham Washington.
After enjoying a happy childhood with family in Kentucky. Milton served honorably in the United States Army from 1956 to 1960 in the 2nd Armored Rifle Battalion, 52nd Infantry where he won awards for his marksmanship. Once his military service ended, he moved to Ohio and became an arborist from 1960 until retiring in 2012.
On November 1st 2002 he united in marriage with his wife of 17 years, Edna Arlene Ashworth.
Milton loved traveling; he spent several years living in Germany. He enjoyed wintering in Arizona with his wife Arlene and their beloved dogs Winston \u0026 Sonny.
Milton had a passion for boating, camping, hiking and spending time with family and friends. He enjoyed funny stories and jokes and we will never forget his laughter.
Surviving are his wife Arlene Ashworth; sister Betty Troxtell; his four sons, Dwight, Randy, Timothy and Thomas; grandchildren Cassondra Dick and Emmersyn Lee; as well as former spouse Nancy Ellen (Margraff) Dick. He was preceded in death by his parents and sisters Lena Mae, Lora and Letty.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Monday, September 30th, 2019 at Cedar Hill Baptist Church Cemetery. 1986 Highway 790 E, Monticello, KY 42633. The family will receive friends following the service, from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM at Black Stallion Steak House 163 Travis St, Monticello, KY 42633.
