'Mrs. Natalie Holtegel Carter was born March 3rd, 1920 the daughter of the late Clarence Floyd and Nina Miller Holtegel. She passed away, Sunday July 6th in Florida.
Surviving are three children, Kathy Jo Watts Gutierrez, Robert Floyd Carter and John Douglas Carter.
