'Neal Lee Halcomb of Bronston, age 66, was born March 2, 1951 in Hamilton Ohio the son of Ross and Mary Smith Halcomb of Monticello. He passed away Friday, March 10, 2017 in Livingston, Tennessee as result of an automobile accident.

He is survived by his parents, his former spouse, Joy Jones Halcomb of Bronston; Two children: Derrick Halcomb of Somerset and Melissa Halcomb of Bronston. Also surviving are two brothers: Bruce and Rick Halcomb of Hamilton, Ohio. His sister, Barbara Fisher precedes him in death.

Neal was a retired mail carrier for the City of Somerset, an Army Veteran, member of Monticello Lodge #431 and a member of Oak Hill Baptist Church.

The funeral service will be held 2 PM Wednesday in the Chapel of the Hickey \u0026 Son Funeral Home, 340 N. Main St, Monticello, KY with burial following in the Oak Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1 PM until service time at 2 Wednesday.

Masonic Service will be provided by Monticello Lodge #431 F\u0026AM and Military Honors given by Wayne County Chapter of the DAV.
