Along with her husband Ernest "Sam" Gregory, she was preceded in death by one sister; Vena Fields and one infant brother; Kenneth Ray Hucaby.

She had accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior at an early age and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Monticello. She loved the Lord with all her heart and attended Bible study and worship on the weeks before her death, even though her memory was failing. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
