Obituary
'Nola Ellen Slagle was born August 23, 1920 to the late Tom and Minnie Flowers Slagle and passed away June 27, 2012 reaching the age of ninety one years.
She united in marriage with Perk Slagle on December 23, 1937 and to this union six children survive. Barbara and her husband Kenny Ringley, David and his wife Margie Slagle, Randy and his wife Ann Slagle, James, Bruce and Danny Slagle. Also surviving is one sister, Ula Sexton, five grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
Nola was preceded in death by an infant daughter and her son Roy Slagle and also her siblings Mary, Opal, Evil, Ed, Doc and Optalus Slagle.
She had accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior many years ago and was a member of the Mt. Zion Baptist Church where she attended faithfully while her health permitted.
