'Odale Dobbs age 71 was born June 3, 1943, the son of the late Joseph and Ester Dobbs Franklin. He departed this life, Tuesday, July 29, 2014, at his home.
He is survived by his children: Teresa Adkins and Jeff Troxell. His son Christopher Maples precedes him in death.
Also surviving are his siblings: Beulah Sievers and Vela Lair and brothers: Regial, Carter and Wendell Dobbs. His brother, Lorrell Dobbs also precedes him in death.
