Obituary
'Phyllis Kaye Troxell Phipps. Age 63 was born April 10, 1954 the daughter of the late Jesse James and Marie Adams Troxell. She departed this walk of life, Saturday, June 10th, 2017 at the Jean Waddle Hospice Care Unit in Somerset.
On November 22, 2000, she was preceded in death by her husband of thirty years, Jimmy Ray Phipps. To this union one son survives; Philip Ray Phipps of Monticello.
She is preceded in death by her siblings: Anna Faye Crabtree, Ronald Glen, James Albert and Larry Wayne Troxell.
Phyllis professed Christ as her Savior at a young age, and was a member of the Lincoln Avenue Church of God of Monticello, during her growing up years. She was a disabled retired worker from a cleaning service which she founded and operated for more than 12 years in Cincinnati.
Phyllis was a dedicated wife to her husband. A loving mother to her son Philip. Phyllis will be sadly missed by a host of nieces and nephews, many friends and neighbors.
