'Randy Wayne Gregory was born September 22, 1961, the son of Corbin and Anna Ruth Bell Gregory. He departed this life Monday morning, January 29th at the Wayne County Hospital reaching an age of 56 years.
Randy is survived by his parents and daughter: Sherry Lynn and her husband Chad Edwards; three granddaughters: Taylor, Haylee, Katelyn and siblings: Joey and wife Pamela Gregory and Teresa and husband Allen Rankin.
Also surviving are his nephews: Greg (Tracy) Rankin, Corey (Katie) Rankin, Kaleb (Amanda) Gregory; and his great nieces: Ariana and Chandler Anne Rankin.
Randy worked for many years in restaurant management, as a loan officer with Central Finance and LendMark and as an Insurance Agent with TransAmerica Insurance. He was a sports enthusiast and his witty personality won him many friends throughout the area. Randy truly never met a stranger. As a young man he accepted Christ as his Savior and was a member of the Immanuel Baptist Church.',
