'Ray Mckinley Hutchinson was born March 4, 1940 in the Frazer community of Wayne County, the son of the late James Russell and Nota Bertram Hutchinson. He departed this life Friday, July 3rd at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.

On November 19, 1962 he united in marriage with Zelma Napier Hutchinson who survives. To this union six children survive; Jacqueline Taylor of Knoxville, TN, Melinda Jackson of Davenport, Iowa, , Ray Hutchinson Jr of Monticello, Susan Miller of Stanford, Michael Hutchinson and Jason Hutchinson both of Somerset.

Also surviving are 14 grandchildren and his siblings, Elizabeth Cowan, Lorene Sloan and Rex and Montie D. Hutchinson.

Ray was a faithful member of the Mt. Zion AME Church and served his Lord as Pastor Steward for many years.
