'Raymond Beryl Miller, age 87, a longtime resident of Mills Springs, KY passed away Thursday, February 20, 2014 at his home Mill Springs, KY.
He was born May 1, 1926 in Cincinnati, Ohio, the son of the late James Miller and Anna Marie Soeder who preceded him death.
He married Helen Pearl Morrow on july 10, 1965 in Cincinnati, Ohio who survives him.
Raymond is survived by six children: Deborah (Fred) Weber of Bethel, Ohio; Katie (Phil) Kefauver of Loveland, Ohio; Raymond B. Miller Jr. of Batavia, Ohio; Rebecca Gregory (Stewart) of Monticello, Kentucky; Anna Marie Miller of Mill Springs, Kentucky and Elizabeth Miller of Mill Springs, Kentucky. He is survived by 13 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren and numerous nephews and nieces.
He is preceded in death by his older sister: Marcella Alma Meyers of Norwood, Ohio; and is survived by his younger sister: Joyce Ann Dethlefs of Cincinnati, Ohio.
He was a member of the New Salem Baptist Church.
