Obituary
'Rhonda Faye Phelan Mitchell, age 55, mother of Shelbi Mitchell, best friend of Tim Howard, daughter of Barbara Faye Phelan, sister of Jalene Phelan Speaks, Mark Theodore and Stanley Patrick Phelan, passed away Monday evening at the University of Kentucky Medical Center.
The funeral service will be 1 PM Saturday in the Funeral Home Chapel with burial following in the Elk Spring Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 10:30 AM until the service time at 1.
Expressions of Sympathy may take the form of donations to The Hope Center.
