­­­­­­­­­­Richard Hersel Correll, age 68, of Monticello. KY, passed away Monday, April 7, 2025, in Monticello, KY. He was born in Somerset, KY to Otis and Rose Stephens Correll on August 10, 1956.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Otis and Rose and brothers: Bruce, Joe and Ralph.

Richard is survived by his sister, Pauline Correll Roush (Jack) and his brothers Robert (Jeannie), Glenn (Betty), Dale (Velma) and sister-in-law Janice Correll. Along with numerous nephews and nieces and some very special cousins.

Richard loved his family, friends and music- he especially loved playing the guitar and antiquing.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, April 13, 2025, from 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM in the chapel of the funeral home.  Funeral services will be held Sunday, April 13, 2025, at 2:00 PM at the Hickey Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be at a later date.
